Grace Loh
Director of Business Development SEA

Grace was previously at RHT People, the corporate training arm of RHTLaw Asia, where she was Chief Operating Officer. Grace has a deep understanding of the legal market and how organisations can leverage technology for competitive advantage.

Malik Anwar
Non-executive Director

Malik has held senior management positions at leading Singapore firms Oon & Bazul and RHTLaw Taylor Wessing. He has over 20 years’ experience in management and business development with a particular focus on technology services and business strategy.

Global leadership team

Richard Haywood

Richard is a Corporate lawyer by background and was a Partner at Wragge & Co (now Gowling WLG) for 25 years, serving as Managing Partner of the firm. Richard now acts as a non-exec chair of Clarilis and one other PE-backed tech company. Richard is also Deputy Pro Chancellor of the University of Birmingham.

James Quinn
Co-founder and CEO

James co-founded Clarilis and is our CEO. James is a solicitor and previously practised as a corporate lawyer at Slaughter and May.

Kevin Quinn
Co-founder and CTO

Kevin co-founded Clarilis. He is our CTO and technical architect of the Clarilis system. Prior to forming Clarilis, Kevin was the lead developer on several key projects for GE Power Systems, DHL,, and a number of banks in the City of London. Kevin has extensive experience of all aspects of the development lifecycle.

John Lillie
Commercial Director

John leads the Clarilis sales team. John has over 30 years’ experience in the software business and has held senior sales and executive positions at IBM Global Services, BMC, and a number of highly successful US West Coast tech start-ups.

Elizabeth Basten
Chief Marketing Officer

Liz leads the marketing team and is responsible for overall marketing strategy and brand engagement. Liz is an experienced CMO and business lead and brings over 25 years’ experience with large corporates and SMEs in the technology and financial services sectors.

Jason Warren
Investment Director

Jason is an Investment Director and represents Mercia, who acquired NVM’s VCTs contracts in 2019, on the Clarilis board. Jason’s deep software skills are valuable in assessing IT sectors and developments and in making informed investment decisions.

Henry Alty
Investor Director

Henry Alty an Investment Director and represents Gresham House on the Clarilis board. Henry has eight years in private equity and growth capital investment at Gresham House, Livingbridge and Foresight. Prior to this Henry spent seven years in TMT strategy consulting.

Mark Redwood
Non-executive Director

Mark has forty years of professional experience in the technology, legal and financial services sectors, including senior roles held in Thomson Reuters. Mark was also previously Chairman of Karnov Group, a Scandinavian legal content provider.

Richard Underwood
Non-executive Director

Richard joined the board of Clarilis as a non-executive director in 2013. He is a practising solicitor and has over 20 years’ experience as a corporate partner.
