ILTA Master Class:

How can law firms and in-house counsel thrive
in a sustainable environment?

ILTA 2
12th May 2022 -
11am (EST) | 4pm (BST)

Defining your  ESG agenda (and continually driving it forward) is the transformational challenge of this generation.

It is vital to ensure your own ESG credentials score as highly as possible and resonate with investors, employees, shareholders, clients and suppliers.  Could scoring badly prevent future deals from taking place? How are some law firms 'scoring' against others?

Investors look for companies who successfully shift towards a more sustainable business model and law firms are assisting clients with advice and guidance on ESG policies, procedures and processes - but are they looking as closely at themselves?

For this master class we will hear our panel from PwCBurges Salmon and Cooley share practical advice on improving your ESG credentials in the context of day-to-day legal operations, their experience of supporting clients in this regard and the part lawyers and LegalTech have to play in developing a responsible ESG strategy. You will also hear how to pull together what you are already doing under the 'ESG umbrella' and communicate this more effectively to improve your ESG score.
