Webinar: ILTA Masterclass

Your document automation strategy - achieving measurable success

LP - ILTA Masterclass Webinar - 30th November 2021

30th November 2021
12pm (EST) | 5pm (GMT)

Arthur Cox (a forward-thinking firm with offices in Ireland, London, New York, and San Francisco) has significantly accelerated the pace of innovation within its firm, particularly in the field of document automation, in the last 12 months.

Ben Murdoch-Smith, Digital Transformation Manager at Arthur Cox, will share critical success factors in his firm’s document automation strategy, including the crucial groundwork required internally, selecting the right technology and procuring that automation projects are delivered on time and on budget.  Plus, he will show how to measure whether the ROI from automation meets expectations on an ongoing basis.

Ben will be joined by James Quinn, CEO of drafting automation provider Clarilis, who will share his thoughts where document automation can have a significant (measurable) impact and where, sometimes, it is best not to automate. The session will explore how the right leadership mindset, culture, process and (of course) technology can combine to create a focused environment for innovation, where the right problems are solved in the right order – so important when there is so much noise out there.
