Nicky’s background is in Finance, Restructuring and Corporate Insolvency.  She trained and qualified at Slaughter and May, where she worked for over a decade, developing a keen interest in the transformative power of legal technology and its application in Financing transactions alongside a broad Financing and Restructuring practice.
