Which law firms are best placed to capitalise on a rapidly growing real estate sector ($10 trillion at the start of 2021)? Which real estate departments excel at retention and recruitment, day-to-day practice innovation, ESG and competitive differentiation in today’s market?
Is LegalTech a panacea for real estate? No. Can LegalTech, when combined with the right mindset and culture materially drive a real estate department forward? Yes.
In this real estate focused webinar, knowledge lawyers from Travers Smith and Forsters together with Innovation PSLs from Clarilis will be discussing the challenges of today’s market, including the great resignation, and the LegalTech firms are using to meet those challenges.
In a document-heavy transactional environment like real estate, a great place to start is drafting automation. How can firms get high quality first drafts to clients quicker and without burning the midnight oil?
The webinar will also include an opportunity to see deep automation of real estate suites in practice, including a lease suite, sale suite, construction suite and report on title.
The panel will be hosted and facilitated by Clarilis' CEO, James Quinn and the panel will feature:
