Clarilis and FromCounsel win at British Legal Technology Awards 2021

The managed real estate market grew to $10.5 trillion by the start of 2021 (MCSI, 2021), despite a year of unprecedented challenges. The market has grown [160%] since 2010 and, as you would expect, digital transformation has gathered pace to keep up with the opportunities and challenges presented.

Clarilis and FromCounsel win at British Legal Technology Awards 2021

Clarilis is thrilled to announce we have been awarded Alliance of the Year’ at the British Legal Technology Awards (BLTA) 2021 for our partnership with FromCounsel.

The awards recognise excellence in legal technology, IT security, leadership and innovation, as well as the individuals, teams and suppliers transforming the future of legal services.

The announcement of the BLTA winners followed a rigorous vetting process, undertaken over several months, overseen by a 21-strong independent expert judging panel and took place last night at an event in London hosted by Jason Bradbury.

Clarilis is delighted to win this award particularly as we were winners in this category in 2020 for our alliance with Slaughter and May.

FromCounsel, the specialist corporate law information service and Clarilis, the intelligent drafting automation platform, created an innovative partnership to combine FromCounsel’s best-in-class legal documents and guidance with Clarilis’ leading drafting automation platform to bring a fully maintained automated M&A document suite to the market.

The offering not only appeals to the larger UK law firms, accountants and corporates, but also to smaller law firms and organisations for whom document automation solutions have been prohibitively expensive to date.

Clarilis and FromCounsel have recently announced phase 2 of their partnership. You can read more here.
