Richard is a Corporate lawyer by background and was a Partner at Wragge & Co (now Gowling WLG) for 25 years, serving as Managing Partner of the firm. Richard now acts as a non-exec chair of Clarilis and one other PE-backed tech company. Richard is also Deputy Pro Chancellor of the University of Birmingham.
Kevin co-founded Clarilis. He is our CTO and technical architect of the Clarilis system. Prior to forming Clarilis, Kevin was the lead developer on several key projects for GE Power Systems, DHL, FT.com, and a number of banks in the City of London. Kevin has extensive experience of all aspects of the development lifecycle.

My role combines project-management, relationship-building and logic-writing. I take overall responsibility for delivery of a project and act as the main point of contact for a client. The majority of my time day-to-day is split between design and testing - designing the online questionnaires, working out drafting permutations and associated logic, and then testing our automations wearing the hat of a lawyer in practice.

In my role I am responsible for helping to scope projects and planning projects to fit around everyone’s workload. I work with the legal and automation teams to ensure projects stay on deadline and within budget. Part of my role involves coordinating across teams to make sure that any changes from our clients are implemented swiftly and accurately.

I lead the Automation team and I love the fact that my role is so varied. As well as supporting the Automators, I also work closely with the Project Management, Development and Legal teams. My day-to-day involves fielding technical questions, scoping out projects, advising on approaches and overseeing releases to our internal and client facing servers.

I’m Head of People at Clarilis so this involves everything relating to the employee lifecycle, such as setting up systems and processes to improve the employee experience and make the company a great place to work. This starts with supporting managers when recruiting, ensuring candidates get a positive experience and feel fully integrated into the company.

I am the Information Security Manager at Clarilis, primarily charged with maintaining our ISMS as part of our ISO27001 certification along with other information security related tasks.

As a Senior Automator my work is very varied. It includes working on projects, helping other members of the team with advice on the best approach to take or troubleshooting an issue preparing training sessions and identifying best practice.
