What is your role at Clarilis?
I am the Information Security Manager at Clarilis, primarily charged with maintaining our ISMS as part of our ISO27001 certification along with other information security related tasks.
What do you like the most about working at Clarilis?
Clarilis is a very friendly and personable workplace where employees are regularly involved in decision making processes which in turn makes you feel valued. It feels like everyone has a voice and is listened to.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
I really wanted to be a fighter pilot, very topical right now. I watched Top Gun a lot as a child and loved the planes and the thought of flying.
What have you always wanted to try but haven’t?
I can’t think of anything to be honest. I don’t tend to turn down the opportunity to take part in something either new or out of the ordinary. Still haven’t managed to fly a plane though!
If you were stuck on an island, what three things would you need to have with you?
I’d have to have my wife and two sons with me; we could enjoy the sun, beach and sea.
