HOW IT WORKS?
You complete a dynamic questionnaire. Clarilis produces a comprehensive first draft in Word, together with all relevant ancillary documents. All in your firm’s house style. No templates to configure. No legal engineers required.
What finance teams say:
"The days of a junior lawyer drafting a 270-page loan agreement from scratch or changing a syndicated loan to bilateral, or vice versa, are over."
Libby Garvey, Head of Banking, Ireland
Taylor Wessing
"Addleshaw Goddard have addressed three key issues with Clarilis. Capacity has improved – we were spending too long and working too hard on first drafts when we didn’t need to. Increasing client demand for innovation and agility has been met and maximum value is derived from fixed price work.”
Richard Oman, Banking & Finance Partner

“Clarilis is directly relevant to our complex, high-value work. The work done with our banking team has been transformational. It's like magic. Some form of alchemy, where you hit a button and in moments see the end result of work that would have in the past taken weeks to produce.”

Clarilis AI Draft integrates generative AI into the Clarilis platform, focusing on augmenting - not replacing - traditional document automation. This approach recognises that deterministic, template-based automation remains the gold standard for legal drafting, however, there are instances where generative AI can enhance this process – to cover less common scenarios and novel, deal-specific drafting.
