Clarilis signs up to Litig’s AI Transparency Charter to support an industry-wide approach for AI trust and accountability

In October 2025, the UK Legal IT Innovators Group (Litig) launched an AI Transparency Charter, under which organisations creating products and services that use generative AI will commit to acting responsibly and ethically.

Clarilis has been built with a “security-first” approach, with rigorous safeguards in place to protect customer data. As you would expect, we apply the same rigor to our AI-powered drafting capabilities - Clarilis AI Draft.

We have reaffirmed our commitment to data security and ethical artificial intelligence by signing up to the Litig AI Transparency Charter, to support the safe, ethical, and transparent adoption of AI within the legal sector.

The Charter sets out clear commitments for developers and providers of legal AI solutions, encouraging responsible innovation while upholding professional and ethical standards.

If you would like to find out more about our AI capabilities, we would love to hear from you. Get in touch here.
