What is AI Draft?

Clarilis AI Draft integrates generative AI into the Clarilis platform, focusing on augmenting - not replacing - traditional document automation. This approach recognises that deterministic, template-based automation remains the gold standard for legal drafting, however, there are instances where generative AI can enhance this process – to cover less common scenarios and novel, deal-specific drafting.

Can I have it in my house style?

The solution includes enhanced house style options that go way beyond just changing the logo, font typeface, size, and colour. With over a hundred different styling options, Clarilis will configure the house style for you.

Where required, bespoke house styling is also available to 100% match your firm’s house style. This might be necessary where your firm’s house style contains non-standard content or formatting. Bespoke house styling is available by separate commercial arrangement.

Can we have a trial?

Absolutely. We can set you up with a limited trial of the M&A Suite, with a view to your firm subscribing if it meets your requirements.

Is training provided?

Absolutely, we have full video training available on demand so your users can learn how to use the system. Not that in depth training is required, as one Partner from a client firm puts it, “if you can buy something on Amazon you can use Clarilis”.

Don’t forget, as the content is provided deeply automated out-of-the-box, you don’t need to implement Clarilis, it is ready to go.

Is it secure?

Yes, Clarilis is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), is ISO 27001 certified by the British Standards Institute (BSI), and is used by the largest law firms on the planet, having passed their rigorous Infosec processes. (Click here to see some of our customers).

Clarilis is committed to the responsible use​ of AI. Clarilis AI Draft is deployed on a "zero data retention" basis, and no AI models are trained using customer data.

Do I need to install anything to use Clarilis?

No, there are no plugins or software required, if you can access the internet via a browser, you can use Clarilis. There is nothing to set up and no coding required.

Once you have created a draft document using Clarilis, you can simply download the resulting Word or pdf documents directly onto your laptop/PC. From there, you can save them to your DMS, in your chosen folder.

Will it work with Single Sign On ("SSO")?

Yes, Clarilis will help you set it up with your firm’s SSO system.
