SENIOR PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT LAWYER
My role combines project-management, relationship-building and logic-writing. I take overall responsibility for delivery of a project and act as the main point of contact for a client. The majority of my time day-to-day is split between design and testing - designing the online questionnaires, working out drafting permutations and associated logic, and then testing our automations wearing the hat of a lawyer in practice.

PROJECT MANAGER
In my role I am responsible for helping to scope projects and planning projects to fit around everyone’s workload. I work with the legal and automation teams to ensure projects stay on deadline and within budget. Part of my role involves coordinating across teams to make sure that any changes from our clients are implemented swiftly and accurately.

HEAD OF AUTOMATION
I lead the Automation team and I love the fact that my role is so varied. As well as supporting the Automators, I also work closely with the Project Management, Development and Legal teams. My day-to-day involves fielding technical questions, scoping out projects, advising on approaches and overseeing releases to our internal and client facing servers.

As a Senior Automator my work is very varied. It includes working on projects, helping other members of the team with advice on the best approach to take or troubleshooting an issue preparing training sessions and identifying best practice.
